Three Sprague Pest Solutions employees receive NPMA Impact Award for Women in Pest Management at 2023 Women’s Forum

Tacoma, Wash. – May 10, 2023 – Sprague Pest Solutions is proud to announce that Sandi Quintana, Chant Martin, and Edna Alfaro Inocente have been named among the recipients of the NPMA Impact Award for Women in Pest Management. This prestigious award was announced at the 2023 Women’s Forum, held in Charleston, South Carolina May 10, 2023.

Sandi Quintana, District Manager from Los Angeles, CA; has 40 years of experience in the pest management industry and leads the only all-female led branch at Sprague. Her leadership has helped create a positive work environment where women can thrive and succeed in the industry.

Chant Martin, Route Manager from Seattle, WA; has over 8 years of experience and is a member of the LGBTIQA+ community. They serve as local trainer route manager and is an active member for Gets Better, Human Rights Campaign and the Rainbow Center. Chant is committed to delivering excellent customer service and takes pride in mentoring their colleagues to help them achieve their goals, which makes them a natural leader.

Edna Alfaro Inocente, Regional Entomologist from Denver, CO; hails from El Salvador, is multi-lingual and a 1st generation college graduate. She has extensive research experience in pests and pest management and made numerous speaking appearances throughout the U.S. She is committed to advancing her coworkers and the industry through research and innovation.

Sandi Quintana, Chant Martin, and Edna Alfaro Inocente have all exemplified these qualities and have been recognized for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to their profession.
