Michael Franks, ACE Route Manager at Sprague Pest Solutions’ Denver, Colorado branch, has earned the Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification.

Franks joined Sprague in 2010 and has consistently demonstrated a passion for professional growth and team development. In 2014, he successfully completed Sprague’s Leadership Development program, highlighting his commitment to continuous learning. His dedication to leadership was also evident in 2022, when he became the Branch Trainer Technician for the Denver team, playing a key role in mentoring, and developing new team members.
