They should tell their workers not to park in the middle of intersections at Falcon Creek so kids cannot cross the street safely. They might be good at pest control, but I guess they also hire people who only care about the safety of THEIR kid.

Great knowledge of local pest and invasive insects. Uses the correct chemicals to remove the pests the first time so you don’t have to pay for repeat services. Ask for all options available and discuss the effectiveness.

I absolutely love this team, quality service, well priced, professional and responsive. What more do I need to say about them?! I've had experience with 4 major competitors and no one comes close to this level of service.
The front office is not very helpful - this is a Tacoma Washington outfit, so you have to go through multiple layers to get to your local branch. I scheduled a consult with a technician who never showed up - nobody gave me notification in advance or an apology afterwards. For $400 they'll set a couple of traps and put out some bait, then charge you another $70 to pick them up afterwards. I was never given any indication that they had solved the root problem, and was never able to talk directly to the technician even after multiple requests so I'll probably be calling another local outfit when the mice come back.
