Lindsey Marker Honored with NPMA Impact Award for Women in Pest Management

Sprague is excited to share that Regional Manager, Lindsey Marker has been named a recipient of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) 2025 Impact Award for Women in Pest Management. This national recognition highlights Marker’s exceptional leadership and the meaningful impact she continues to make within her team and the broader pest management community.

Lindsey’s career with Sprague began in 2007 when she joined as a Route Manager. Her leadership journey continued with successive promotions: to Operations Manager in 2013 and Branch Manager in 2016.  In 2024, she was promoted to District Manager, leading operations across Utah and Southern Nevada—an expansive region covering 34 counties and nearly 149,000 square miles. Earlier this year, Marker was promoted to Regional Manager, reflecting her pivotal role in Sprague’s growth and market development strategy.

Beyond her operational achievements, Marker leads with heart.  She actively mentors maximum-security inmates at Utah State Prison through the Prison Fellowship program, helping individuals chart a new path forward.  She spearheaded a community volunteer event for her team where they built over 100 feral cat shelters to protect these vulnerable animals during harsh Utah winters.

Her instinctive leadership and care for her people are best illustrated in the moments where she mentored a team member to reach Sprague’s coveted Top 10% Technicians distinction or helping another prepare for paternity leave to find his route already divided amongst coworkers, easing his fears of taking the time with his young family.

“Lindsey is a transformative leader who brings out the best in others,” said Shane Hartnett, Director of Operations at Sprague. “She leads with both strength and compassion, and we are thrilled the industry is recognizing her incredible impact.”
