Brent Schafer, ACE Promoted to Pasco, WA Branch Manager

PASCO, Wash. – December 2, 2024 – Sprague Pest Solutions, a leader in commercial pest management, is proud to announce the promotion of Brent Schafer, ACE to Branch Manager of the Pasco, WA branch. With over a decade of service in the pest management industry and a proven track record of excellence, he brings technical expertise and leadership to his new role.

Schafer began his career at Sprague in 2013 as a Route Manager, serving the Wapato and Prosser areas with a focus on food processing and agricultural clients. In 2016, he was honored with Sprague’s Technician of the Year Award and maintained a position in the Top 10% of Technicians for five years in a row.

In 2018, Schafer earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification, solidifying his expertise in pest management. Two years later, in 2020, he was promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing a team of 14 in Eastern Washington. Thanks to his leadership, the Pasco branch was named Sprague’s Branch of the Year in 2023.

Beyond his professional achievements, Schafer is deeply committed to his community. He runs the local Scouting for America program, serves as a co-leader for the local Girl Scouts troop, is an active member of the Zillah Chamber of Commerce and Zillah Boosters Club. He also helps plan and organize the annual Zillah Old Fashioned Christmas event, showcasing his dedication to fostering a vibrant and connected community.
