TACOMA, Wash. – January 6, 2025 – Sprague Pest Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of AJ Treleven, ACE, to Executive Vice President and Shane Hartnett, ACE, to Director of Operations. These leadership changes are part of a strategic reorganization aimed at supporting Sprague’s ongoing growth.
AJ Treleven, ACE / Executive Vice President
AJ is one of four fourth-generation Treleven’s leading Sprague. Since joining the company in 2012, he has served in leadership positions at the branch, district, and regional levels. Recognized as a leader, he received the NPMA Emerging Leaders award in 2023 and South Sound Business’ 40 Under 40 honor in 2024. AJ holds a degree from Gonzaga University, an MBA from Seattle University, and services on several NPMA committees.
Shane Hartnett, ACE / Director of Operations
Shane Hartnett joined Sprague Pest Solutions in 2007 as a Service Specialist and has since risen through the ranks, holding several key leadership positions, most recently serving as Regional Manager for the Puget Sound. His dedication to operational excellence has been instrumental in managing Sprague’s most densely populated service territory. A graduate of the University of Washington, Hartnett also contributes to the industry as a member of the NPMA QualityPro board and remains actively engaged in his local community.
