PORTLAND, Ore. – October 1, 2024 – Sprague Pest Solutions, the largest family owned commercial-only pest control company in the Western United States, is thrilled to announce that we have been named a 2024 Top Workplaces award recipient for SW Washington and Oregon by The Oregonian. This marks the second consecutive year that Sprague has received this prestigious recognition, which was featured in a special edition of The Oregonian on September 29th, 2024. This award encompasses Sprague’s Portland, Eugene and Medford, Oregon branches.
The Top Workplaces list is determined solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection. The honor was awarded to 123 companies whose engagement survey results have shown to foster a welcoming and empowering culture; with no judges, essays, or forms involved in the selection process.
