TACOMA, Wash. – May 28, 2024 – Sprague Pest Solutions, a proud family-owned leader in commercial pest management solutions, announces the appointment of Ross Treleven to the dual role of CEO & President. Treleven has been serving as the President since January 2021.
Sprague has a rich history spanning over 98 years, with the Treleven family at its helm. In 1998, Ross became the first member of the fourth generation of Treleven’s to join the company, with a summer job in high school. His early commitment and passion for the business were evident as he worked as a Route Manager through his college years at Gonzaga University. After graduating, he transitioned into a full-time role in sales, and began the start of a remarkable career within the company.
In 2006, Treleven was appointed Seattle Branch Manager, where he demonstrated his leadership and strategic vision. From there his impressive progression continued as Treleven was promoted to Denver Branch Manager in 2011, District Manager for the Mountain Region in 2015, General Manager in 2016, Vice President of Operations in 2018, Executive Vice President in 2019, and President in 2021.
His leadership has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success over the years. Under his tenure as President, Sprague has significantly expanded its service footprint, adding multiple locations though out California, Arizona, Washington’s Puget Sound, Eastern Idaho, and Montana.
In addition to his leadership at Sprague, Treleven serves on several boards including Cambium Endeavors and the Treleven Family Foundation. He is also involved in the pest management industry, currently serving on the board of directors for the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA) and numerous National Pest Management Association (NPMA) committee appointments.
