TACOMA, Wash. – January 8, 2024 – Sprague Pest Solutions, a leading provider of commercial-only pest control services, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Home and Office Pest Control, further expanding the company’s footprint in Montana.
The acquisition provides Sprague with increased capacity to service agriculture, food, distribution, and government clients in Montana. With the acquisition, Sprague gains an expanded footprint, spanning 19 counties that make up nearly one-third of the state.

Sprague, the largest commercial-only pest management company in the United States, has more than 98 years of experience providing innovative integrated pest management and food safety programs. This acquisition is the first for Sprague in 2024. Since 1975, the company has acquired nearly 30 pest control companies throughout the Western United States.
